You should mention the results of the previous studies. In addition, you should use a reference list that includes references for each statement in your proposal.The plan is complete when the proposal is complete. You can use a table of contents to help you r readers navigate through your project. If you use a plan, you should include a cover sheet and the text of each chapter.
